In this blog I'm going to talk about a question that made me think and that was "There is no 'cure' for Racism; it will always exist." This made me think a little more than the other questions because I can see it both ways. I think racism is not something you’re born with it's something you grow into. Something that is learned and it will be learned mostly from your parents. How you are raised is most likely how you think. So if you were raised with a racist family then you’re most likely to turn out the same way. If you go by this then racism can either die or exist for ever because people can teach their children everyone is equal or to have a hatred to other races. I think there is a good chance racism can cease to exist but it will take a long time. Americans have come a long way and we can now live in harmony but in some parts there are still conflicts. For that to stop it would take brave people to stand up and say it’s not right to treat people that way. So as you can see I'm not too sure on what side to choose about this topic. On one side I think it can stop but it will take a while and on the other side it cannot because people will always raise their children the way they were raised.
